日常中的米雪  

WHAT OTHERS THINK OF MICHELLE

    相信絕大多數人要見米雪也只能在電視上，從她演繹的角色中幻想著平日的米雪是個怎樣的人呢？如戲中的充智慧的公主？如冰雪聰明古靈精怪愛作弄人的黃蓉、蘇櫻？如癡情善良心直口快的朱七七？如外柔內剛溫文爾雅的彩衣？還是純潔如雪的雪瑩、雲蕾？疾惡如仇的舒敏？現代時尚方琪？返朴歸真程如珠？但無論如何那麽多角色的共同點都是不討人厭，相信這是米雪給大衆的主要印象，所以就算不喜歡她的人，心空狹窄的人都不會討厭她。

《瑩幕偶像》的柯小姐于86年曾經寫過日常米雪是：

“米雪的明豔俏麗。是影視圈中很難及得上的，而最難得的是她自己好象完全不在意，常常會隨隨便便地搭件牛仔衫就四處跑，平日她也很少化粧，有時遇上身材嬌小的她會把她誤作普通女學生，以爲是那個大專院校的“番書女”，然而，當化過粧和穿上顔色鮮明的古裝衣裙之後，我們又被她的光亮照耀得無法向她正視。她的古裝扮相之美，是真的可以用“神仙”兩個字來形容，如果真要找人來和她相比，也許只有穿上古裝的趙雅芝可以一較高下了。

       可惜的是，要在瑩幕上看米雪的古裝劇，實在是可遇不可求的，早已習慣自由身的她，最有興趣是登臺和拍電影，亞視以前雖然很希望她簽長約，但實在是負擔不起她的年薪，只能間中找她騰出空檔來拍部頭劇，早些時候無線也想找她簽長約，但雙方的條件始終有距離，所以只能在大型慈善演出時找她客串了。”

而當時亞視找她主持《綜合八六》的節目，可惜米雪爲保自由而沒答應，否則以米雪的親切笑容平易近人作風，不難成爲“金牌”司儀。想不到相格十多年的2003年，米雪才當上主持，是爲香港電臺電視部主播的長者節目《資深市民俱樂部》，每周五分鐘的節目，吸引的不只是長者觀衆……  

再相間十年的96年，見到北方人翁寒松因朋友介紹在東莞見到米雪，他這樣寫道：

“外表上米雪屬於那種姣小可人的類型，比電視連續劇《霍元甲》中所扮女主角的形象實際上要漂亮許多，特別是一對大眼睛很有神，顯出聰穎、友善和沈著。她很注意在不同場合的裝束，聯歡時穿著較正規，且戴了和服裝相稱的短假髮；夜宵時則是休閒打扮，都顯得樸實、本色、得體，甚至比較嚴肅。
　　明星總是會有一群群“追星族”簇擁，米雪也不例外。我們走下轎車、路過飯店大堂等處、或坐下來吃點東西時，儘管她刻意穿著普通，同去的朋友也不得不注意“擋駕”，她在公開場合一露面仍會引來許多人圍觀和要求簽名。這時的米雪總顯露出一種過來人的誠懇和榮辱不驚的謙遜，顧不上吃夜霄也不厭其煩地一一滿足慕名者的要求。她那種成熟完全不是可以裝扮出來的；她的確對生活、成功、人情等等有一份成熟的理解。
　　我和她交談不多，但印象很美好，覺得她既很有生活閱曆，又保存著不可泯滅的人格精神，還洋溢著蓬勃向上的“做事勁頭”和青春活力，同時也不乏“心靈深度”。這和我們銀屏上時而出現的歌星、影星接受採訪時暴露出的內心世界淺薄和“職業性老油條味”，真有天壤之別。
　　聽南國的朋友們談起米雪我才明白，我對米雪的這番感覺原來是一種具有普遍性的評價。米雪是香港公衆形象很好、沒有蜚聞的明星，她的敬業精神和仁義品行是家喻戶曉的。”

  聽聞在米雪的《梁祝》舞臺劇內做行行站站的朋友說米雪是個好玩得的人，非常親切，時時時挂著笑容，從不把自己當作名人，還製造許多笑料娛衆呢。

WHAT OTHERS THINK OF MICHELLE

　I believe most people  getting to see Michelle through TV. From various characters she had displayed, we did try of thinking on how Michelle looks like? Is she a knowledgeable Princess? A bright Wong Yong or Su Ying who likes to play a prank on others? A kind-hearted and loving Zhu Qi Qi? A lovely Cai Yi? As gentle and innocent as Xue Ying and Yun Lei? Aim to uphold justice as Shu Min?  Or as updated as Margie? Or even as naïve as Chan Ru Zhu? Despite different personalities each character had displayed, Michelle was not detested but a respectable public figure. Even for those un-Michelle fans, were fascinated and mesmerized by her beauty. Does this clearly show that Michelle’s position could rival those Hollywood celebrities? 

There’s Miss Oh, Editor from IDOL MAGAZINE mention her impression of Michelle:

  “ I can say that other celebrities in the entertainment circles can’t outdo Michelle’s ravishing. She doesn’t care much about her own look. She will just simply put on jeans while out. At times, she rarely put on make up. Sometimes get to run into her, I will mistake her as those scholars from the university, as due to her petite frame and build. However, she will be attractive again when put on make up. If she ever dresses in ancient costume, I think the guys (even the females) will be captivated by her exquisiteness and loveliness. We have to entitle her as a beauty. Wondering if someone could vie with her not? I think the most probably is Angie Chiu. 

  But it’s a pity that we seldom get to see Michelle in ancient costume in TV, as she is neither signed to any of the company in HK. ATV had hoped to sign a pact with her as a member of ATV. However, they failed to do so since they could not afford Michelle’s yearly pay. As a result, they could only get her to film the series once she is free. Another HK famous broadcast TVB also finds it difficult to get Michelle into their company too. Thus, she only appears in those charity works. Don’t you think that she is so formidable to make 2 HK broadcasts to find various ways just to win her over?

   At that time, ATV did find Michelle to host a programme show, but Michelle rejected due to some reasons. Years later, Michelle “compensate” this broadcast by hosting a programme show. This show had attracted people of different ages.
